My short answer to this would be that you can't create a specific dsl connection in c#. You just create TCP connections like you would in any programming and Windows will manage what network interface it will go over.
look in to System.Net.Sockets and System.Net to see what you can do. Its not a great answer but I hope that it helps.

Hey man!
I was just thinking you may not know that blue on blue look horible on low resolutions.
Any profesional website uses black on white with blue links.
Research showed that a good 25% wont read the whole thing if it's background is even a bit grey.
I imagine friends of mine who would respond as if that was my opinion and then disagree with it but it's not my opinion.
The million dollar research is already done for us. :)
