Silverlight Talk
I haven’t blogged in a while. I need to get back on the scene (for want of a better phrase).
To get back in to the swing of things, I have volunteered my services to the Liverpool Users of .Net user group. It is a good group, but it would be even better if we could get more visitors to our events.
The talk will centre around the new features in Silverlight 2 Beta 2. I probably won’t have any slides, effectively this will be a code along session in which we will make an RSS feed reader. I thought an RSS Feed reader would be a good demonstration of the Networking, Isolated Storage, WCF Syndication Framework, Databinding and styling.
The date hasn’t been finalised, but it is normally the third Thursday of the month.
